    Hmmm...

I know I've been away for a while, but is there a reason I can't edit the post any more? I'm not looking to reinstate my moderator status, but I should be able to edit this post since I originated it...
New to the board? Check out the guidelines

You're still a moderator of Code Critique. I have no idea why you cannot edit the poll even though you created it.

If you are referring to changing the initial post, that was like in 2002, no?!?
I think after an hour from your latest post, you cannot modify it anymore (unless I am misunderstanding something here).

You would have to get in touch with an admin with regards to this I would think (but I have been known to be wrong before... a lot).

EDIT: Ah.. you are probably thinking along the lines of tip #7:
EDIT your posts! This forum allows you to edit your posts indefinitely
I don't think this applies anymore.. as mentioned, I think there is an hour of grace (or something like that).

    Oh, I like #9:
Fill your mouth with cheezits and whistle your National Anthem. Ok, just checking to make sure you are paying attention.
Cheezits and Oh Canada is my favorite!

If preg was a woman, I'd marry her. But I could just see the pattern... she would replace me with someone with money ($1).

    Wink

What a long post. Thanks for the time you spent... even though it was at least 3 years ago.

    Thumbs up Adictive Reading

    It must be good.

I came to this forum because I have a particular question to ask.
Thought I better have a quick look at the 'Newby Sticky' before posting, then Spent an Hour reading this thread instead of asking my question

Gives a good idea of the members attitude.

    Regards to all

Hi. I'm wondering how to edit our posts? I'm thinking that I might possibly have too low of a post count to edit my posts as of now... or I'm completely missing something in front of my face, which is also likely. Where can I find the edit button?

I'm not sure if there is a minimum post count or not, but I do know that there is a maximum time after posting it (something like an hour, maybe half an hour?), past which only a moderator can edit it.
