Problem With Uploading The File

I am having problem with uploading the file from Windows to Linux.

The following PHP function is being.

copy($userfile , "./");

Error : Unable to open file c:\filename.txt.

1. Did you set your form to "METHOD=POST" and "ENCTYPE=MULTIPART/FORM-DATA" ?
2. You need to name the incoming or the uploaded file, ie, "./".$some_name.
3. Make sure the directory into which the upload is done has the permissions set to "733",

Yes I did , Is it something to do with the way php has been configured?.

If Im not inquisitive can I look at both the form code and php code, but there is not your need to configure for php. We do a lot of fileuploads from Windows to Linux and Solaris.
