Is there a built-in PHP (4.0 or lower) function that will return a visitors IP address and / or host name? If there isn't, what is the best way of going about retrieving this information? Can I parse through all the HTTP information to get it?
Why not use $REMOTE_HOST and $REMOTE_ADDR variables? =)
