Know of any sites that explain Arrays in detail?

I\'m having problems understanding how to implement arrays. Does anyone know a site out there that explains arrays step by step and has sample scripts showing the resulting output?
I\'m pretty new to PHP and find that the PHP manual doesn\'t help me much because I can\'t see the functions in context (and in action).

I am not sure about a site, but the book that I learned PHP from is Professional PHP Programming from Wrox Press Inc., ISBN 1-86100-96-3

It's really great, and has a HUGE section on arrays (Chapter 8, pages 149-157)
