Where can i find the php_oci8.dll and php_oracle.dll files. I need them to use my oracle db. Thank you.
Try download.swwwing.com. You'll need to download new copies of php4ts.dll and the executable as well. If you're using the Zend Optimizer, it doesn't work with this compliation. Hope this helps.
