Same as you would on *nix platform, but you have to have PHP compiled with proper modules first...

oh okay ... but how do i get it compiled ?? does anybody have a copy of a DLL file for windows platform ... ??

you can get the dlls from ftp://mcrypt.hellug.gr/pub/mcrypt/libmcrypt/win32/

you need a compiler to compile it. i'm pretty sure php is written in c++, but don't quote me on that. get the source from www.php.net and follow the instructions there.
