Building a search feature for your site

Dear All

I am new to PHP.

I am currently updating a site from static html to php (www.casis.co.uk).

We used to have a CGI search script which trolled through our web site using the static html pages.

Now for the stupid question - Will this still work for PHP generated pages?

If not, how would I do it?

It depends on the cgi script you use on your site and how you're using the php to build the webpages. Chances are if your cgi script recognizes characters after the ? in a link, it will work.
