Using PHP in place of SSI

Hi All.

Could anyone show me an example of how to call an .cgi script within a .php page.

I know I saw a method a few weeks ago, but I forgot to bookmark it. (and am very upset at myself now!)

Basically, I just need to know the PHP eqivalent of SSI, for .php files.

I'm not sure what you mean by calling a .cgi within a .php script. You can include other php code or html into a php page by using the include() or require() php functions (see the PHP Manual for information on these) or you can enable server side includes on your web server and include SSI tags directly in your PHP (outputting the tag to the browser either through echo/print or outside php tags) allowing it to act as if it were in a normal html page.
