It works great for the employee name but I can not seem to get it to work for the rest of the fields. Here is what the code looks like:
$msg .= "Employee 2:\t$Employee_Name_2\n";
$msg .= "Sex 2:\t$Sex_2\n";
$msg .= "Age 2:\t$Age_2\n";
$msg .= "Coverage Type 2:\t$Coverage_Type_2\n";
$msg .= "Life 2:\t$Life_2\n\n";
If none of those fields are filled in they do not need to come across. I have up to 50 employees you can put in information for.
