mail problems

I'm having trouble sending mail. The following error appears and refers to my code:

mail("[e-mail]", "Video Checkout", $msg, $mailheaders);

Warning: Server Error in c:\inetpub\wwwroot/DavesFolder/SafetyVideoLibrary3.php3 on line 105

Any suggestions? I'm not running this on my mail server and I don't think that I should have to
