Sorry if this is a real dumb newbie question, but I've been reading up on php et al and the whole idea of abstracting the HTML output with FastTemplate seems particulary elegant to me, but and this is the problem, where do I find the FastTemplate class (PHP4.0 under Apache/NT) and what supplementary documentation is available for it.

Are there any other solutions for the abstraction of HTML pages available and what do most people generally use when developing their sites (FastTemplate, embedded php, other)
