How to POST data in different FRAME?

hi,
i have a popup window, that is opened from top frame(nav), and upon submit from the popup window, i want the POST to be done in the parent window on bottom FRAME (body).

any ideas how to do that?
i tried putting
TARGET="JavaScript:window.opener.target.body;"
in FORM tag, but that opens a new window 🙂

please help me on this.

but that will work if the script was in one of the frames itself. BUt the script is running in the popup window.

but i will try this and see if it works.

It should work. IE and NS give their browser-windows/frames a name which are available for all links/form-targets. You could use the body frame of another site also if that site is open. It does not have to be in the same parent browser window, it works for ALL browser windows.
