PHP and Netscape Navigator

Okay, I'm sure this issue has been discussed before, but we just hit it for the first time. The following call works just fine in MSIE but fails in Navigator:

<a href="//www.domain.com/dir/page.php?Value=The Value">Link</a>

Using Navigator, $Value will end-up just being "The," because it doesn't like the space. Is there any way to make this work?

before creating your link use

$Value = rawurlencode($Value);

This should fix the problem
