showing 0's

ok guys im kinda stuck again - all my codes work and everything, but im trying to eval a percent, and by default php3 is chooping off all my zeros- is there any way/command that i can use to force it to show 3 numbers even if they are zeros?

ok im stupid, i just muplied everything by 1000 and basicly got what i needed, but now i want to sort by a colom that is a varible that i create in php3, is there a way to do this?
