attachment in IMAP with POP3

hi all ...

I use imap function to recieve mail ...
eg. imap_open, imap_fetch_header, etc..

but if i attach image it won't work ...
it display a hexadecimal code ....

how to show this image file to be display as image not a hexadecimal code ...

What you need to do is
to first figure out what encoding the picture is.. by using imap_fetchstructure.
also figure out how to get a string that is
$contentype="image/gif"

then just make a <a href
to a page where you first put
Header("Content-type: $contenttype");
then echo the bodypart..
