don't get a receipt page

hi, need help for coding,

i'm completely new to php.
i copied an existing php formular and tryed to adapt it to my website, but it doesn't work properly. can anybody look at the code?

what should happen:
after submitting the form, a new window should open and show you what you have submitted (name, company, etc..).

what happens:
the mail is send, but no window opens.

I tried to give you a hand,
but I couldn't even find the submit button.
Its hard to understand what is happening in another language... sorry!

Try posting the PHP code for the form and the code for the Page to which the forn is posted...and we'll see we can do?
