Any idea when a script processes a redirect using the header method, the proper page is displayed but the original url remains in the location bar in my browser (IE, I haven't tried Netscape)

I got the same behavior (an IE 5.0, NS 3.0 and NS 4.7), that the URL is after Header("Location...") still the first one. Any ideas, why ?

Yes I have the same problem. No solution found yet.

the problem was, that I tested my pages locally with Xitami Web-Sever. I installed Apache and now it works.
