I am setting up a website that allows users to visit and if they so desire, to sign up and answer simple form questions like 'name', 'age', 'sex', 'birthdate', etc. These answers are then stored in a MySQL DB with a username and password. How do I set up a login system on the website so they can login and access their profile and change/edit their profile? Is there a working model that I can examine?
