Hi there!
I need help. I want people to subscribe and get a username and password. Then each time they want to access their records the sign in using their username and password and they'll have access to their records to change.

Now this probably sound simple to you, but to me it seems impossible! How will I do this?!

Another issue is to assign a client ID to a certain record in a db. What should happen is that a subscriber will view the record and then fill out a form to reply. I want to automate the whole process so that a ID number get assigned to the record and when someone reply to that the reply must go to the email address that is tied to the Client ID! (I hope this is clear!)

Yes it is quite simple when you use cookies like:
$count = "bla bla bla";
SetCookie ("Count_text", "$Count", time()+3600);//expires 1 hour
echo "$Count_text";
and echo gives you bla bla bla

Now You can use something like
if($Count_text == "123")
{
Let user in
}
else echo "get lost";

This shouldn't be difficult at all
