There's no builtin function for PHP to display server statistics. You would have to write your own script to do this; you might check the various PHP sites to see if anybody's written one.
My suggestion would be that PHP is usually not the right tool for this job (which is not to say that it couldn't do a good job); check out webalizer at www.mrunix.com, it does a pretty good job of generating nice graphs etc.
