HTML form to e-mail

I have a form collecting feedback from visitors to my site. Instead of storing such information in a databse, is there anyway that I can have each feedback (whenever somebody fills in the feedback form and click on submit) to be sent to my e-mail account?

Try using the mail function
When they submit the form, send them to a "thank you" page, which contains the PHP code to email it to you.

$to="your address"
$subject="whatever you want";
$body="Form field 1: ".$formField1"\nForm field 2: ".$formField2; etc

mail($to, $subject, $body);

I would think this is the easiest way.
