I have a php3 page which firstly sends a mail and then creates a new directory.
There is a file upload form which should be uploading the chosen files to the new directory using copy, it displays a confirmation message and then allows the user to up0load more files to the new directory.
BUT, It will not upload to the new directory and still insists on trying to create another directory even though i've been using !is_dir. PLEASE HELP
