Saving a html- file to a dir using php

Hello!

Does anyone know how to save a html- page to the web server´s directory using PHP.

For example, if you press a Submit- button on this page, it would save this page as "test.html" to the web server.

Is it even possible? Please help me with this one.

Once you have the file in a variable or whatever (from a form post) or however you are assembling it, you can simply use the
fopen($filename, $opentype);
function to open a new file for writing. then use fputs($filedata); or something like that to write to the file...then use fclose($filehandle)...i think those function are correct for more info check out:
