mail() - how to get undeliverable mails

Another question I've had: When I send with the mail() function a e-mail to an wrong e-mail address, how can I get the undeliverable mail?

using the mail command on a virtual server usually sends the mail out with the servers email-address. Adding ,"from:[e-mail]" as forth statement in the mail-command would send undeliverable emails back to you.
