PHP, Javascript and window on top ?

I need, very badly, to know how i can get a Netscape and/or Explorer window to
stay on top of all other windows programs while the content is running.
This is of course whit acceptance from the user, based on the content.
The window has to be 150 x 150 px and dependent on the parent.
I then need to have PHP run the content for the window from MySQL.

I was told that there is a way, in javascript, to make this happen,
but how?

Any help in the right direction will be greatly appreciated.

If your just asking about how to make a pop up window w/ javascript, this should work

function NewWindow()
{
window.open("http://www.yourdomain.com/script.php", "Title" ,config='height="150" width="150"');
}

NewWindow()

You are right half the way, but the problem is to get the pop-up window to stay
on top off all other programs, eks. Word, Photoshop, ...., while the content
is running, also when the browser is minimized and the pop-up isn't in focus.
I was told that there is a way and that it should be possible with javascript,
and that is a description on http://developer.netscape.com/ , but where ?

I know that this is a hard one, but somebody must know.

If you read the first message in this Topic, you will see that I need the window
to be on top of all windows, ex. Word, Access,...
I didn't find a solution, so if you have on, that works, post it.
