function to get the URL

I've a little problem:

I want to have the complete URL-Address of the page with the PHP-Code.

Is there a function which can provide me the full address, including "http//:" ?

Try this variable : $REQUEST_URI

I think those other can help you too :
$PATH_TRANSLATED (script path on the server)
$DOCUMENT_ROOT (script root on the server)
