Write permission

Why i cannot create a new diretory through function mkdir(string pathmane ,0777),the result told me that i have not the permission of write.

Can you help me ?

As it's said. You don't have permission to create the directory in the place you want.
Verify the rights for the parent dir.

eg

if you want to create a directory name "newdir" in the directory /path/to/dir/
You must have write permission on the directory "dir".
