regular expressions and multiple ip addresses

Can anybody give me the correct syntax for a preg_match for multiple ip address , ie. I want to check if $REMOTE_ADDR matches any of the following
172.20.201, 172.20.100, 172.20.119, 172.20.122, 172.20.135 ,172.20.136, 172.20.137, 172.20.216, 172.20.217, 172.20.220, 172.20.150, 172.20.160

I have it sussed for one ip, but can I do all the above in one go somehow, or will I need a preg_match for each one?
