hi everyone,

lots of thanx for helping me solve earlier problem.

 please answer the query as early as possible with clear code and instruction.

 how do i write coding for searching through database which would fetch me the following result,

| "matched word in the field" |

 on clicking on more link it would open the new page with the complete details of the record which i will be fetching frooom diffrent database.

i would also like to display my message board message which are stored in database in reverse order like latest the first and so on.

thanx for ur interest in my query.

i am trying to make an alumni site which has a search facality to search through registered members for which records from multiple tables have to be fetched.

search results will be displayed in following format :

| name searched for with it s batch year |

| details |

10 records should be displayed on single page further on clicking on to the details link the complete record fetched from multiple tables in a new window.

i also want to display all the messages which gets from my guest book for my guestbook.

i hope you get my problem.
