Has anyone created a download function that will grab several files, and then tar them up for downloading? This would be ran on a Unix system of course. The only thing I can think of, is to use a system call and somehow echo all of the files out to the tar -cf command. But even that I am not sure how to go about. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated. Thanks.
