Can't.
The <IMAGE> tag is interpreted by the browser when the parent page is parsed. The browser then makes a call to the server for the "image" specified in the SRC directive. It expects one (1) image coming back. Even if the script were capable of sending multiple headers/mime/image streams, the browser would either choke or display only the first.
I tested it to verify my theory and Netscape received only the first image and ignored everything thereafter.
