FTP upload via formular

Hi!
Yeah, I'm a newbie. I just coded a couple of scripts to operate with mysql-databases, like forums and members-list. I handled data with forms, urls and cookies. "no problem" g. But now I have to code a script wich allows to specify a file via formular to upload it on the site's ftp. May anyone give me a hint, where I can find example code?
