I am about to start doing some preliminary work for customers site. One of the things that we want to accomplish is providing regional feedback based on the users IP address. I gather that getting the IP address of the user is no big deal, but what I need to know is if there is an library out there somewhere, or some easy way of breaking down an IP address so that I know where it´s located physically.
For instance, xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx = someplace, usa.
