Breaking into Groups and Groups again

Hi,

I have been given the job of php'ing a sporting orgainisation fixture.
There are 4 Grades and heaps of teams per grade, I have all this data in mysql..
The problem I have is grouping each grade for that specific round number - I hope this helps...

Round 1
Premier Grade

team1 vs team2
team1 vs team2 etc...

Second Grade

team1 vs team2
team1 vs team2 etc...

and so on...

could you please help me out...
