Billing Cycles...how to code

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to break apart my billing into two billing cycles. I am not sure how to handle the queries in MySQL. How do I write the queries so that it's not month to month, just between certain dates...eg. 1-15, and 16-30. Any help would be appreciated.

you will need to supply more information. I guess you just need to select the records which you need, but it's hard to know with the given information 🙁

The records have a field in the database called start_date. I want to select all records based on this field. And put them into the two different billing cycles. No matter what month it is, or what their start date was, they need to be split into two cycles the 1st thru the 14th and the 15th thru the end of the month.
