Return from framed page to a specific framed page

Does anyone have any script that will return a framed page to the site of origin which may or may not be a framed page ?

I am using a basic "return" Script

<a href="javascript:history.back();">Go back!</a>

however I would like the script to return to the "Site" of origin without keying off the "History" of the browser - reason being I have pages that have assorted links on the same page I have the "Return" script and I would like to Isolate the "Return" so it will only return form the site of origin.

Any help would be appreciated !
