Forcing frames

Could anyone please teach me how to do this:

My page is open under someone else frame. And, of course, I hate it. So I want to push (or force) his frame into a specific size (like 10%). So his address is still on the browser, but the my page got 90% the window. This doesn't mean that I want to close his frame, I just want to push it in to a specific size.

I don't think that this can be done....all you can probably do is have your page bust out from the frames....but I could be wrong.

I think you'd need to know the exact frame layout to make any changes to the existing page......that is if you can do it all.

something like
if(window != top)
{
document.frame[0].width="100";
document.frame[1].width="600";
}

naaaa....I don't think it can be done!

you could try a javascript call such as

if (parent!=self) {
top.document.location=self.document.location;
}

will reload the entire window with your frame.
