Hi,
I am working on a scheduling app where I want to have users select a geographic region and from there determine the timezone offset. I've poked around the web quite a bit and have not been able to find a source for this. Can anyone direct me to somewhere that I can find this, or at least enough information that I could create it? I would like to include it as part of a larger form. It must be smart enough to know the correct offset factoring in daylight savings or "summer" times.
