Does anyone know of a way to keep Internet Explorer from timing out? I have written a php application that takes several minutes to process and Internet Explorer has a nasty habit of timing out after about five minutes of processing...
no idea..
what you could do is run the process in the background, and have the page reload itself every minute or so (with javascript and an appropriate "please be patient" message), until it's done.
