I need to insert a small delay, say, 100milliseconds in my script. The delay comes up a few times, maybe 6, every execution of a given script.
The delay HAS to be there for logistical issues, but since I can't do USLEEP under my winbloze it seems my only other choice is SLEEP(1) for 1 second, but doing THAT 6 times not only solves my logistical issues, but also makes the user wait forever!
How can I get the much smaller delay I need in there?
My ideas include, of course, a pointless for() loop that just iterates x amount of times, but how many times would equate to about 100 milliseconds?
is there anyway to look at the COMPLETE time on my windows machine (ie, in a command prompt, typing "TIME" shows you current time with hundredths of seconds - that would be good)
Thank in advanced for any help!
