A warning that's causing problems.

Hey again...didn't think I would need your help again but i do.

For some of the data in my database the php works perfect.

But there are a few instances that I get this warning:
Warning: Supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in <THE PHP FILE> on line 188.

That's the warning I get.

It's odd too because for one for one artist I get the songs from one of his cd's fine but the other gives me that warning.

It's only happening on the songs to...the artist and cd's populate fine.
I checked the database and the info is all there.

I found the connon denominator it doesn't like the single quotes in the album names.

I don't know why it's like that and I hope that I can find a solution to it.

It shows the album but won't show the songs for the album with the single quote in the name.

You can use the addslashes function to make a string ready to enter the database. The PHP.ini file also has settings for the type of database (MS db's use the sybase standard).
