Multi-page Forms Help

Hello all,
A while ago I was browsing the web and came across and excellent tutorial on creating multi-page PHP forms that do 'everything' (ie: insert in db, display for confirmation, mail a confirmation, parse and send info to the intended recipient... etc.) I thought it was on devshed.com but now I can't find it!!!! I was hoping this might trigger someones memory or people might post a link to a similar tutorial!

i have seen the webmonkey tutorial. it isn't for multiple page signup forms (requiring sessions). i suppose i could just piece everything together that i know but this tutorial that i am thinking of was pretty much a comprehensive multipage signup form already written and ready to go...

I found it... although it isn't exactly what i remember it being (which is probably why i missed it when looking at devshed the first time) I must have been drunk when I stumbled on it the first time, which would not surprising...
