Raw bugs ...?

Hello again,

I am using the rawurlencode urlencode functions and they seem to be buggy. I am using PHP 3.0.12.

I searched the bug report in bug.php.net and I cannot find anything.

Could this be that I have not configured something properly or is this a bug?

Can anyone help me on this one?
