Hi all,
I am looking for a php library to convert big5 into unicode because we have some content in chinese (in MySQL) and we need to provide them as well on the WAP where we have to transform to unicode.
Anybody has done something like that?
I already searched different web sites, the php doc and found nothing. The utf8_encode function is only for latin charaters, not for others.
