Script in PHP4 hangs ??

Hi.
I've a photoalbum script which runs fine using PHP3 module...
However, things get bad after i've upgraded to PHP4 ... the photoalbum hangs.

• I'm running on a RedHat 6.1 apache server.
• The php4 is installed using rpms.
  and other modules such as gd, mysql, imap were added using rpms too.

Did i miss anything ?
Can anyone help ?

What version of PHP4 are you using? I noticed the same problem with 4.0.2 on Win32 Apache, no problems with 4.0.1pl2 though.

i'm using v4.0.2 ...

Just found out later in the evening that one of the daemon belonging to mysql was a 'zombie' .... can't kill it at all. Probably, this is the main cause ..

Will try to restart the machine and try it out again. Thanks !
