Kicking somone of page@!

Umm.. as far fetched this is. I'd like to know how it would be possible to create a php script that If I enter the users ID#(which is on my database) to be banned..etc..

how can I make a script that if that user is already on that same page he gets botted off.. as in his window closes.

now.. I do have a script that closes users window.. but I want to know how to create a script that once in a while detects if anyting has changed in the database and if say the user is banned it automatically kicks them out of the page..

????

I'm not sure you understand the stateless nature of the http protocal. Once they've loaded a page, they've loaded it. You can't unload it unless they click on some link or what not.

The best you could hope for would be some kind of javascript code, but since jscript is just optional, you can't be sure it would work.

Why do we have to revisit this concept so often? There is NOT a
one-to-one mapping of users to IP addresses; never has been and
never will be.
