I write a code which taking employee details from a database table. then checking the rights user have. if the permision are there then the employeecan see the details of other emploee. else he/she can see only their details. now this code is working fine in netscape but not in internet explore. as these detail r coming in a combo box. but in IE these information are coming over the form not in the combobox.
please tell me what is reason do i have change in the code.

More than likely you've left out a close tag of some kind (like a </select> or </option> or </form> and Netscape can figure it out but IE can't.
