Is there any timer function or clock function in PHP???
What i want to do is after a windowA is last for a few minutes, i wnat to go to the next form.

No.
when a php script is finished, it dies.
If you want to move to a new page after x minutes, use the meta-refresh shatement of html.

I think you could use sleep(seconds)
or usleep(microseconds)

You can't change to a new page/link after printing any data.
You could print the first screen, then wait and then print the rest of the data, but that would all be printed in the same page.

If you really want to display one page, and move to the next pafe after x seconds, use the html refresh statement.
