problem with file upload in win98

hi, i am trying to make a file upload in my win98 system with php, every seems to be ok except when i call the copy function, then i
realize that the server is unable to write on the temporal folder, the server has to write on the temp folder and then php copies the file to the destination i choose....
i get warning: unable to open c:/windows/temp/php2....
help me.

I have had this problem too... but dont wory about it.. I had it on NT and came to the conclution that it was only when i uploaded from c: on the same computer as the server was running... any other HD, disk or remote host will work fine.
