Without having cookies on I can pass the PHPSESSID to each url and it does nothing. If cookies ARE on Netscape works like a charm! What gives?
How exactly do you pass the session ID?
try passing the session ID like so:
myfile.php?<?=SID?>
as opposed to like this:
myfile.php?PHPSESSID=<? echo $PHPSESSID ?>
